Simple and straightforward

We have a small business and started with Cashplus very early on. We have been on the journey as they transitioned to Zemplar. The service has constantly improved during that time. We especially like the feature that notifies your phone of each transaction. I find this very helpful. Perfect for small business. Simple and straightforward. Reviewed on: 9th April 2025

Good Overall, With Noticeable Improvements Recently

I’ve been with Zempler Bank for a while and overall I’m pretty happy with the service. In recent times, I’ve definitely noticed some improvements, and it feels like the bank is moving in a better direction. Day‑to‑day banking works well, and the service has become more reliable and user‑friendly. That said, there’s still room for further improvement. While progress has been made, I’d like to see Zempler continue to develop and introduce more features to keep pace with others in the market.
