Obstructive to ISA transfer out

I have had no fewer than 4 attempts to organise a transfer out and each time Zopa finds a way not to act on the request. The current strategy is Zopa not to respond to the request after my current provider has contacted them three times. Avoid at all cost Reviewed on: 27th May 2025

I have had my ISA closed by Zopa without my permissi...

I have had my ISA closed by Zopa without my permission, and incorrect information offered by their advisors about securing my previous year ISA funds, whilst a transfer of part of my ISA was taking place into another bank. The customer service is good and the team do try to assist, but I question whether they have the necessary knowledge and experience. The pots are confusing and the app freezes. Zopa have caused me a lot of stress and caused my losing out on half of last years ISA savings. Please do not open an ISA with them as transferring it could be a problem Reviewed on: 7th May 2025
