great originally but poor when i tried to change my car for a different one

I am a zopa customer with both credit card and car finance, initially they were excellent but their customer service was a huge letdown when i tried to chaneg my car for a different one, could only try do it via app and declined me as obviously i had 20k outstanding on another car (this would be settled by part exchange) i tried numerous departments and none were useful to answer my request hence my room for improvement score. shame as apart from that they have been really good. Quick and easy process
