Easy to use, but could improve support

I’ve been using the Zopa credit card for a few months now and overall I’m quite satisfied. The application process was quick and straightforward, and the app makes it easy to track my spending and manage payments. I especially like that everything is handled online, which saves a lot of time. On the downside, I think customer support could be a bit faster, and it would be nice to have more flexibility with credit limits. That said, it’s still a reliable option for everyday use. Great, affordable and easy to apply!

Easy to apply, make extra repayments, affordable repayments and low interest rates. Great provider and wouldn’t go anywhere else! I also bank with them which makes transferring money so much easier to my credit card Reviewed on: 16th April 2026
