Balance transfer and credit card

Zopa are good in providing credit in supporting people with their finsnces. My only issue is the credit card and balance transfer, thid should be diffrent account and if i wish to pay towards my credit card or balance trandfer that option should be available instead of having to pay all the credit card first before clearing a balance transfer.
