Simple. Friendly. Brilliant.

Was really simple to apply, and the whole process was swift also. The only time I had an issue was with the app, and thus was the only time I spoke to Zopa. They were friendly, understandable and quickly resolved my issue, and I haven't had a problem since. Already recommended two friends and they too have been happy with their experience. Good app and easy to navigate

Great customer service and a great product

I got approved with no issue and my limit was based on my circumstance. With good usage, my limit was upped accordingly and they've been extremely prompt with responding to queries and ensuring payments are reflected quickly.
