The One of UK

Outstanding customer services

I was looking for a way to improve my credit score as I didn't take credit out so it looked like I wasn't credit worthy, I discovered zopa, they helped me to do this by offering me a lower amount which I was happy with, and I used the card wisely and payed back what I used each month, over a period of time this increased my score and my credit limit was extended to a higher amount, still using my card wisely and paying back each month. The customer service team are very helpful and explained how a cred card should be used, I haven't had any problems with them and would recommend, if you are wanted to strengthen your credit score speak to Zopa.
