Credit score not updating

Useful card and app, simple enough and easy to track. Credit score on the app doesn’t update though and hasn’t since approval. Mine increased significantly over 6 months ago and nothing changes on the app score despite being supposedly updated regularly. Reviewed on: 21st February 2023
