A great experience. I would recommend.

My experience with Zopa has been great, from applying for my card, using the app. Everything is straightforward and easy to understand. I have only had to use Customer service once when my bill payment didn't go through online and they were really helpful. Paid through the app and it was immediate. They keep me informed of changes. I love that I am able to do most things through the app, like changing my pin, freezing my card when I thought I may have been hacked (I hadn't,) I feel totally in control. Great card and fantastic customer service.

Zopa has been from day one a great credit card. It was easy to apply, I've been given a decent credit limit (not ridiculously low amounts for a credit card, like £100 or £200) and after some time using it and paying back I was offered an increase to my credit limit, without even requesting it. I'm very pleased with all service provided by Zopa and would most definitely recommend it to anyone. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
