Easy to use app, up to date info

I have been with zopa for a while and their rates and app are very competitive, the app gives up to date info and allows you to manage your spend, and using the "cushion" to stop you being extravagant is good too. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Very Easy to Access and Use

I'd never heard of Zopa. But we urgently needed access to extra money for vet bills. Zopa accepted me straight away. And I love the set up being British, not a giant overseas corporation. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023

Flexible, Patient and fair

As I am now well into my 70’s it is important that I have providers who will be patient with me if I need explanations on products several times before I fully understand. A provider who makes me feel that my business is important to them. A provider that will point me in the right direction to get the best product suitable for my needs but will leave the choice to me.
