This bank is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never had a negative experience with them and the advisors are fantastic. Super lovely and friendly making you feel really comfortable- just an absolutely gorgeous team. They go above and beyond without any signs of fuss! Zopa makes me feel secure as a customer and the app is extremely easy to navigate, even if you’ve never been on it before. The rates are fair and I feel completely confident with this bank. I feel I will remain as part of the Zopa family for life! They deserve more recognition 1000% and I feel they really deserve the BBA 2022! I have other banks but Zopa is where my vote lies!
