Unfortunately after some difficult times I have found myself in debt (although paying them off I still find my credit rating to be extremely bad). I found myself applying for a zopa credit card to which I was accepted with a small credit limit of £200. I have only been impressed by Zopa. Their advisors are extraordinary and non judgemental, they really go above and beyond. I felt so at ease speaking with them and their application is so easy to work. With a glimpse of your credit rating and factors that go into it at a click of a button is amazing. It puts it all into one for me. I have never received such good service like it. I wish I knew about them from the get go instead of going with other companies to which I have had plenty of issues with and complaints not taken up. I feel like I’ve found myself a gold mine. The best most friendly company I’ve interacted with and I will definitely be with them for the long run whilst they grow and be spreading just how amazing they are. Once I pay off my other credit cards ZOPA will be the first one I’ll have no doubt about keeping an account open with. Happy to becoming a long term customer of theirs. There may be other banks chosen as zopa is not very heard of yet, but I want their company and their people to know that they ARE the BEST and they are the future. Their day will come. Transaction immediately show up on the app with instant text alerts, online transactions also need authorisation via text codes, would highly recommend zopa credit card. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021
