Card holder 3920, swift response on your application, your queries and correspondence are looked into when dealing with zopa customer care team, the online chat are responded to very quickly, the online chat conversation is emailed to you.

My experience dealing with Zopa has been great, I’ve not had any problems since becoming a customer of Zopa, and I had a wonderful experience with one of their customer care representative a few weeks ago, so overall BRILLIANT. Reviewed on: 18th March 2021
