Payment issue.

Payment issue. I was in a car showroom trying to make a payment for a new car. I call your customer services and although I started to get frustrated the advisor remained calm and resolved the issue in a professional and caring manner. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026

Zopa has great referral offers.

Zopa has great referral offers. Responsive and quick customer service. The best regular saver rate on the market with and savings pots with competitive rates for easy access funds. Being an online only app bank could put people off as there's no face to face contact but a quick couple of clicks and you are through to customer service. Reviewed on: 9th February 2026
