Responsible banking practices

I have utilised the loan service, savings, credit card and banking services. Everything is straightforward and easy to use. The savings has helped me to create a small pot for the first time in my life. When I didn't use my credit card for a year, it was automatically closed which I was very pleased about as it demonstrated considerate and responsible banking practice.
