Being with Zopa for a few months now and have a current account and credit card and even a loan current account is excellent save you money and credit card is excellent product instress rates are excellent customer service is brilliant top notch can't fault anything i would no doubt recommend Zopa to family and friends 100% 10 out 10 i give brilliant company by far. Best value bank account

I set up my Zopa bank account because of the direct debit cash back, it’s super value for money. The app is also really easy to use and the alerts are great. I had a challenge with one direct debit and the customer service was quick and helpful. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026
