This is a great bank

I have been a saver with Zopa for a couple of years because of their competitive interest rates. When they launched their biscuit current account I didn’t hesitate in applying and they haven’t disappointed. The app is very user friendly, enquiries are answered promptly, payments go through quickly and the interest is a big bonus. I use Zopa as my main bank now, with my pension being paid in and all my direct debits and standing orders being taken from this account. I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Awesome Service, Awesome Bank

A refreshing change in online banking. My former bank's app was awkward, confusing, and hard to use. Zopa's app is straightforward, user-friendly, and intuitive. In terms of customer service, Zopa surpasses my previous bank significantly, offering quick responses, friendly staff, and helpful advice—qualities that more traditional banks should emulate.
