Absolutely fantastic company, excellent app

Zopa has a swift and modernised onboarding process that made account creation easier and more efficient. The user interface is simple but effective and easy to use. The app itself functions very well and is quite self explanatory. The interest rates, speed of services and customer service have been second to none. Genuinely very impressive. A solid current account to use

Zopa’s current account gaining interest on your current balance has been such a valuable feature so far. Their savings options, such as their regular saver have also been great to use. The app is easy to navigate as well. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Zopa made saving so much easier

I started using Zopa as a second bank to help with short term saving as my main bank was very limited and gave me no flexibility with their app. The zopa app is incredibly easy to use and gives me all the options that I need. The app also enabled me to view and manage my existing loan from the same place. What I wasnt expecting was how very clear and easy they made it to start looking looking into all the different ISA options that were available and more recently I have been looking into possibly using their investment pots. I would never have learned about the different saving and investment options that were available if it had not been for using zopa's new app. Reviewed on: 15th January 2026

Finally, a bank that doesn’t give me a headache.

I can’t recommend Zopa Bank enough! Before switching, I used to deal with so much "finance anxiety," but that has completely vanished. The app makes it effortless to transfer money and keep a crystal-clear track of everything coming in and going out. It’s honestly the most transparent banking experience I’ve ever had. I even got approved for a credit card through them, and having all my accounts in one place viewable, clear, and easy to manage has made a world of difference.
