I’ve had a brilliant experience with Zopa from start...

I’ve had a brilliant experience with Zopa from start to finish. The account setup was incredibly quick and straightforward, and the app is modern, clean, and very easy to use. Everything is clearly explained, with no hidden surprises or confusing terms. The savings rates are very competitive compared to high street banks, and I really like how transparent they are about interest and account features. Transfers in and out are fast, and I always feel in control of my money. Customer service has also been excellent — friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I’ve had a question. It’s refreshing to deal with a bank that genuinely feels digital-first and customer-focused. Overall, Zopa has exceeded my expectations.
