I had a really positive experience when I took out a loan with Zopa. The application process was straightforward and easy to understand, which made the whole experience stress-free from the start. At one point I had a question about my loan, so I contacted customer support and spoke with one of the advisors. The advisor was very friendly, patient, and professional. They listened carefully to my question and explained everything in a simple and clear way, making sure I fully understood my options.
