I was happy with my experience. It took a little longer for my loan to be processed but I applied over the new year period so completely understand why this would take longer to process. Each time I’ve contacted customer service, they have been friendly and helpful. Once the loan was approved, the money was moved into my account very quickly which was nice. I applied for a loan with Zopa, they were very professional and thorough in the details they wanted, to do the necessary checks. I found the whole experience with them easy and pain free, they provided me with all the relevant information and contact details, their app is great and user friendly, the money was in my bank account within the hour.
