Great Service

Took out a 1 year loan to lower my credit card bills before Christmas. Due to the date the loan was taken out the repayment date fell just shy of payday. Took 5 minutes on the chat to resolve it and everything is sorted. Reviewed on: 6th March 2026

Easy & Helpful Keeping Track

Vanquis charge reasonable interest and have a reasonable minimum payment option. They keep you informed if you are close to your limit and keeping up to date with everything is easy on the app. The only thing I don't like is having to wait two days for my payment to clear (there is a faster way straight through your bank but sometimes if not all the time you need a card reader).
