Fast, supportive and reasonable.

I found my experience with Zopa to be a pleasant one. The application was made online in a few simple clicks. The agents I dealt with first my email and then by phone were thorough and quick to deal with queries and the whole application was made as stress free as possible. I would definitely recommend zopa to relatives and friends although I would of liked a slightly cheaper interest rate considering by higher than average credit score but wouldn't we all? Hassle free

We took out a loan with Zopa last year for a family holiday. Did it all online and it was simple and hassle free. They have a good website also to view your account as and when necessary and it's easy to navigate. On top of all this their rates are fab. Fast-Simple-Helpful-Money

I was in need of some money to help me buy a car. I did some research and was recommended ZOPA by a friend. After doing an online calculation I was very pleased with the results. After applying it only took a day or two to come through. I had a question after and was greeted by a very friendly helpful member of staff. Everything is simple and in black and white.
