Hassle free and very, very quick.

I needed to do some home repairs in order to get my house on the market. My bank wouldn't give me a loan so I turned to Zopa. Within days of my application I had the money in my account and was able to have a new bathroom fitted. Monthly payments can be set to a manageable rate suited to your own ability to pay. Straight forward and easy

Getting a loan with Zopa was incredibly easy. As a company I hadn't heard of with a lending model I was unfamiliar with, a quick phone call to them to check they're above board put me through to a very helpful customer service team who described exactly how it works. You apply online and the process literally takes minutes. I had the amount I needed agreed at an interest level none of the traditional lenders could touch and the money in my account the next working day. Your online account gives you complete control of your loan too, like changing the payment day or making lump sum payments, and is very easy to use. User friendly and fair

Relatively simple to arrange the loan and receive the money as someone with a good credit rating. I like the way that I can log in to my loan account and that there is the option of early repayment. Reviewed on: 23rd June 2017
