Quick and easy!

I applied to Zopa for a personal loan as I was pleased with interest rates and the how the company are managed. I liked the idea behind the lending scheme. My application was approved within 36 hours and the money was in my account quickly. I accidenrly made a duplicate application, so called customer services...waa greeted by a lovely man whom reassured me they had already identified the mistake and had rectified the issue from their end. I was provided with first class customer servise and found the company very helpfull

My assessment was professional, and I was provided with plenty of time to think about the loan. The loan procedures were explained to me in simple terms and nothing was complicated.
