Offered me a loan at a very good rate when others wouldn’t. Saved me and my family in a time of need. I’ll always be thankful for them and recommended my dad take out a loan specifically with them when he was looking for a loan for house improvements. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025

Great experience overall but when there was an issue with a loan application no one could resolve this despite speaking to multiple people over 2 months which was bizarre and no one took ownership of it to resolve it which also meant it dragged on for much longer than necessary and I missed out on the best loan rate deal as a consequence Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
