Love the business model

I needed a short-term loan for a car whilst waiting for some equity sales to be realised. Zopa offered the best rate and the ability to pay it off early without penalty was just what I needed. Knowing the p2p model they use I felt a sense of responsibility that others had placed their faith and money in my hands. I've since become a Zopa investor as I really value the model they have and the more direct nature of the lending process, without greedy big banks involved. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Outstanding!

I have not been in the need for a loan in a longtime. I do not trust the high street banking system anymore so tried Zopa after reading online positive feedback. Used them over and over

I absolutely love Zopa, the flexibility of the loan, the ease of the application process, the friendliness of the staff. I could not recommend them highly enough. I have never had reason to complain, ever. The website where I access my information and loan is easy to use. Finding any information I need is simple, it's not hidden away in a sub-menu of a sub-menu. Great service

Great online service, fantastic loan rate and prompt payment once approved. Took sometime to get approved due to additional information that was required, had to wait a while once paperwork was submitted but was advised of this due to Zopa receiving so many loan applications.
