Very easy process

Really easy process to apply with Zopa. All our communication happened online & via email, which is my preference. Their website includes a very clear break down of the repayment schedule, how much is fees, etc. I changed my repayment date to the best date for my finances, just by clicking in the relevant tab on the website. Applied for a Zopa loan to refinance 2 existing loans which were with a high street bank. Zopa's process was quick, easy and the staff were very helpful and professional.
