Great customer service at zopa

Everyone in the customer service department were always more than willing to help you in the most efficient way possible. I was never left on hold for outrageous amounts of time and I love it that all of the call centres are UK based. This loan really helped kickstart my business & my personal financial situation to 'better days'. For that reason I'm sad to say that I won't be needing using them again. Absolutely brilliant!

Zuper Zopa!

Zopa surpassed all other loan company's in giving the best deal, including the interest rate. With their simple formula for checking credit suitability I was able to take advantage of one of their Zuper loans! One of a kind...

I believe that the service Zopa provides to its customers is absolutely phenomenal. The website and the overall application process was rather easy and posed no problems whatsoever; the waiting time for the decision was incredibly quick! I had an enquiry and had to contact customer services, and they were polite and courteous and ensured that the customer satisfaction was high by maintaining their high standards. Fast and simple

I needed a small loan and was finding it difficult to compare options on various bank comparison sites. Then Zopa came up in Google results and as soon as I saw the website I knew it was the right place. Their calculator immediately made me find the right package, and in no time at all the money was sitting in my account. You tend to think loans would be a pain with face to face grilling and a long credit check process, but Zopa was a breeze. I'm very glad I went with them. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

So easy

The application process is simple. Once I had the loan it was easy to keep track of how much I owed on-line and when I wanted to consolidate other finance it was simple to increase my loan. Interest rates are also competitive. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Super Quick and Easy!

This was my first loan and, being fairly young, I have a lack of credit history which meant even though my score was 'good' I was still get ridiculous interest rates from my bank. I used money-supermarket to see if there were any other options which is how I found Zopa. Initially, I was a bit wary after hearing horror stories about companies like Wonga.com etc. but the website was so informative that my worries quickly disappeared. I was approved and paid the extra to have the next day service so I applied for the loan by 10am Thursday and had the money in my account within about 28 hours. Overall, I was extremely happy!
