They gave me a chance

Really good experience...i applied for a loan to clear my credit cards and pay back at a cheaper rate..Ill be able to pay my loan off quicker and improve my credit rating. Zopa have e given me a light at the end of a long tunnel. Highly recommended Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Great lender

So i have had a few loans in the past and i must say that Zopa is by far the best, they make the whole process simple and easy to do that it is a credit to them. Ever since the "crunch" lenders have rightly been very strict and asked for a lot of information. Zopa is differnet in the way they present the application process, they make it easy to input your data, give you accurate timescales and keeps you up to date with everything. Easy, quick, understandable

Very simple instructions. I liked that it would soft-search my credit files and give me an estimate without a hard search. The web interface is almost perfect and there have been zero problems. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

Couldn't ask for any more

I have had two loans from Zopa on separate occasions and could not have found them any better to deal with. The customer service by email is prompt and clear, and when I had to talk with them about a more complex question they were polite, helpful and despite a resolution not being within their power, they suggested reasonable alternatives that did not involve more expense for me. The rates are reasonably competitive, but I would actually pay a slightly higher rate to know that the service would be of this quality and the staff would behave in an ethically sound manner.
