Applied online, I was accepted pretty much straightaway and had the money in 2 days. Brilliant customer service and happy to help with any query I had. As stated above pretty flawless in my experience approved on multiple loans and rates decrease on future loans after you've proved you can maintain payments on existing loans. Strongly recommend to friends and family looking for loans at low interest rates. Reviewed on: 30th May 2017

The easiest, most helpful, workable loan company I've ever used. Loan was sorted within minutes and in my account! I needed a loan and used a search engine to find the best deals, Zopa came out the best value for money by a huge amount, the interest rate was by far the best and in all honesty I had never heard of Zopa but I'm relieved I did the search and had Zopa as the top option to take a loan out, the process was easy and simple to fill out forms etc and the money was quick to reach my account another reason to use Zopa is the option to pay off the whole loan in full without penalties and also to pay extra payments via their website or over the phone again without any penalties, I e already recommended Zopa to friends, relatives and work colleagues and will continue to do so.
