Great rates and easy to setup

I wanted to buy a new car but wanted a low interest for the money I borrowed. Lower than what the car dealers offered. I got in touch with Zopa online and set up my loan and I am really please with the service and interest rate. Once I received the money I was really to buy my new car. Good to deal with

Taking out a Zopa loan was very quick and easy, and I got a good rate of interest. The only thing to be aware of is if you change banks, make sure it's well in advance of your Zopa payment date. My swap date was just a few days before payment and I didn't know that Zopa couldn't process it that quickly. Fortunately they called me straight away and I made that month's payment by debit card. Fantastic company

What is there not to like?

Everything about my experience is positive, from applying to receiving to following your progress on their website. Within no time at all I was accepted for a loan at the lowest interest rate that could be found across the market. The Money was transferred seamlessly into my account and my onward car purchase went through straight away. It is so easy to navigate their website so that you can keep track of your loan too. The best loan company there is..

If I could, I would of selected all of the options for this review, as I have to really make comment about all aspects of it. I stumbled upon Zopa when looking for a loan to buy a new car and if I'm really honest, it's the best thing I did. Zopa is unlike any other loan company id seen, very low interest rates, great terms, their customer service department is surprisingly good, considering that you usually expect a call centre nightmare call from hell. They kept me in the loop with email notifications, and the website is so easy to navigate that you never have any trouble knowing what you're doing. It's also the first lender that I have seen who also give you the ability to help others by lending money yourself through them for others to use in their own times of need. An aspect that I really think is good. I would completely recommend them for anyone who is looking to get a loan. Reviewed on: 22nd December 2016

Great customer service and low interest rates!

I initially took out a smaller loan with low interest rates with Zopa to facilitate a car purchase, after reviewing my finances and confirming I could afford a better car I decided to return the loan and take out a bigger loan with Zopa, the interest rate remained low. They're customer services were very helpful and provided me with clear instructions as to how to return and close the initial loan. I'm still very chuffed I found Zopa and didn't get fleeced from a Finance company. Better yet it's a very flexible method to purchase a car and pay with monthly installments - I can sell the car if I wanted to and close the loan without any early repayment penalties.
