Life saver!!!

A while back, I needed to take out a loan just to consolidate my short term debts(payoff car,credit card etc). I checked with my bank-how dissappointed was I when they didnt offer me anything-I had zero possibility of borrowing from them. I then thought its my fault-so went to check my credit score on noddle-thats how i came accross Zopa. Credit score was excellent,so definitely not my fault! I then proceeded to do an intial application and got accepted!!! 3.6% interest!!! My bank could not have offered that to me in a million years! So yed, they definitely need to win the award because they are about customers and how they can help them and not just profit!! Reviewed on: 20th December 2016

Convenient and cheap

I have taken out two loans with zopa & found their staff knowledgeable and incredibly helpful on both occasions. They use a second line support for more complicated requests such as mine where the money want actually due to be paid until the end of the tax year. They took the time to understand what and why (as well as making sure I could pay). Being able to pay back anytime without penalty is a massive draw. Highly recommended.
