Excellent service from start to finish.

Excellent service from start to finish. Easy to apply, competitive interest rates and tailored to suit my needs. I was initially under the impression that the decision was immediate. But it ended up around 48 hours. I was still happy with that though as it wasn’t needed immediately anyway. Also I would expect to have to wait for a decision as a new customer so 48 hours was actually pretty impressive. I’d be more than happy to recommend Zopa to anyone looking for financial products. Credit Card & Loan fabulous

I have a credit card and loan with Zopa. Both have helped me out massively, no long conversations in the phone. Input all my details and literally had funds in 5 mins.
