Speedy efficient and friendly

When I needed a loan for a car I found Zopa competitive on their interest rates but also I loved the speed that they were able to come back with an answer and the speed of money into bank . They kept me updated constantly and also have knowledgeable and friendly customer service staff always happy to help. Great rate, easy process and quick!

While it was over a year ago, i recall the process to apply was very quick and simple. With a better rate than my bank was offering and in the top 5 offering available at the time, it was any easy decison to apply with Zopa. When I requested loan I thought this company it's same like more,But NO. You can call me back within 1 week and You didn't ask me a lot,only what was important(I don't speak English very well ;)) I requested a Loan from other Companys,They think I'm not reliable and from a Company I didn't get answer. Great rates

It did take some time for them to accept me as asked lot of questions and wanted pay slip confirming which I didn't mind as slit of companies don't check as much which I appreciate don't want someone getting loan out in my name and the rates I got was amazing no one could come any where near them Reviewed on: 3rd January 2018
