Trust-worthy personal load provider

It all started with Zopa's website where I got the quote. All super easy to navigate. I was very pleased with flexibility of the provider and I managed to create a perfect loan for myself - the amount I wanted in the timeframe that I could afford. Great service, speedy response and process. The process was also very easy. I got higher than the advertised rate even with a top credit rating, but the flexibility of paying back early with no penalties or topping up the loan in future, as well as the ease of human communication is what stands Zopa apart from the standard providers in the market.
