Very easy and very fast opening accounts as well as transferring money. The interest rates are good and are all clearly displayed in the app. All needed Documents are very easy to find in the app. Overall a great experience. Up till now I did not need to contact customer service, but bad customer service will make me find other service providers. So I'll keep my mind open and positive that Zoopa's customer service doesn't let customers down in their most vulnerable state. Reviewed on: 28th February 2025
