Very easy to use, very clear terms, and pays much better interest rates than any savings account I've had with an old fashioned bank. I can control everything from my phone including adding money from a linked account, withdrawing money to a linked account, and moving money between different savings pots within Zopa to make it easier to save for specific reasons.
