LOVE - all in one place with options

Great savings plan

Love the different savings plans offered, with different interest rates for differing lengths of time saved. Have three pots, easy to add and move money, good interest rates, easy to contact Zopa, communication fast. Have already recommended Zopa to family members and will continue to save with them. Easy way to handle your savings

Happy customer

As an older person who took a while to get into online banking, I find Zopa very easy to use. Can transfer funds to linked bank accounts within 10-20 minutes. Good communication through emails. Straightforward in every way

Choosing a product and opening an account was easy. Always quick to inform of any changes to savings accounts eg interest rates. Very happy with my experience so far. It's too easy to stay with the familiar high street banks but Zopa and others prove that it's worth looking elsewhere. Thanks to MSE the lesser known banks are being highlighted.
