Excellent interest rates

Super easy but awesome

Everything about Zopa has been so easy. Very simple to set up initially and so straightforward for all other transactions. Love that I have separate pots for saving towards specific things. Reviewed on: 12th January 2023

Mostly great

Overall very good, transfers in and out are easy and usually arrive within a couple of hours. Good interest rates on savings and a lot of flexibility on the Notice savings accounts. Only irritation is the inability to transfer directly to/from an external savings account as you need a statement to prove the account belongs to you (which don't exist on some savings accounts). Straightforward, transparent, high rate

I can see my interest rate easily in the app, they increase it as the base rate increases in a timely manner and the app is very intuitive and easy to use. Reviewed on: 12th January 2023

Easy to use

Zopa smart save is very easy to use and the bank’s communications are informative and regular updates on new interest rates and how to get the most benefits from the account, but not continuously bombarding with messages. Reviewed on: 12th January 2023

Excellent

I really like this app. I have an instant, a 30 day and a 95 day notice account and you can move money around, add it and withdraw it so easily. I would and do highly recommend Zopa. Reviewed on: 12th January 2023
