Good interest rate

Easy to access in the app, I like that my credit card is in with my savings so I can look at both on the app. Each month I look forward to seeing the amount of interest i earn. No customer service

I have been on chat for 29 hours now and no-on has answered my simple query, without which I cannot deposit money into the account. I have had a few replies mainly apologies for delay and one completely incorrect response. I emailed 3 days ago and had no response. Reviewed on: 13th January 2023
