Love my SmartSaver account.

Love my SmartSaver account. I have lots of saving pots for short term & long term saving targets. I like the different interest rates. So easy to move money around & link to my current a/c. Rates are some of the best around. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Competitive Saver Rate since 2021

Been a customer since 2021 and very happy with the interst rate offered and the App is so easy to use and transfer money. I now have my own kids and family investing in Zopa. Only improvement is for customer services response time can be quicker. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024

Horrendous App.

Horrendous App. If you want to spend an hour trying to make a transaction, this is for you. Constant problems accessing the app, always under maintenance. Complain and you’ll be passed around for amusement. Reviewed on: 13th March 2024
