Great customer service I would have given it a 5, but it required a nurse visit and application took time. The customer service was superb and the price was very reasonable. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2023

BEWARE DO NOT USE FOR HOUSE INSURANCE

Had a UK rented property insured with this company and the tennant caused 11ks worth of criminal damage before his final legal eviction by court bailiffs, Zurich engaged a loss adjuster and look into the policy line by line and wriggled out of the claim even though I personally done everything correctly...... Trust me just insure yourselves elsewhere this company are basically scammers. They basically said I haven't been insured from day 1 and then they would not even return my premium which I paid in full via a broker. Absolute robbery....... I shall let FOS decide whether I have been treated fairly and write this post on every platform I can to advise and help others not be in the position I am. Don't worry I will make sure it costs zurich more than my 11k ligitimate criminal damage claim Date of experience: 09 August 2024 Edit Reviewed on: 9th August 2024

Shocking customer service DO NOT BUY ZURICH

Simple claim for a broken TV has taken nearly 2 months so far and has not been resolved. Multiple phone calls and emails with no replies, information has all been provided and they have had the TV for over 6 weeks. I would not recommend Zurich to anyone. I even escalated a complaint and the advisor doesn't return calls or emails. This company is a joke. A simple update as to what's happening would be all that is needed.
