Doing what others won’t

I overall am extremely happy with 118 118 and very grateful that they have trusted in me despite a poor credit score when no others have. They have helped me immensely. My only negatives are the customer service is extremely difficult to contact with extreme wait times and the cost of the borrowing, however, I knew this when I signed up, nothing was hidden and I am aware that the high interest rate is due to my credit score.
