So very nearly 5*. If it wasn't for the fact that keep trying to push a loan rather than say offering that or a card increase as an option. A loan is a bigger debt and might not be needed, but a small Increase in limit would be more useful.Other than that I've always found this company helpful, accomodating, polite and easy to work with. Everything easy and clear. App works great, never had a problem with it crashing unlike some others and it's easy to navigate.
