Exceptional Service

Our fixed mortgage term was about to end and it was time to pick a new mortgage product. From start to finish the process is really simple and the standard of service is exceptional. I have been a happy customer with Chorley for a number of years and I cannot fault the service. They offer amazing guidance that helps you make your own decision about what is best for you. I think the biggest and most important thing to say is Chorley really care and genuinely want the best for you. I used Chorley Building Society for my mortgage and the whole process was made as easy as possible thanks to them. Each member of their team I dealt with was informative and always helpful whenever I needed assistance. Whilst the process of my mortgage was quite complicated and long winded due to the nature of my situation, the team at Chorley Building society made it as simple as possible which was excellent and I would definitely recommend them! Help when I needed it most!

This Building society helped me out when I needed it most. After a major operation they were able to arrange a new payment plan for me whilst i was recovering and unable to go into work. .
