Chorley are reliable with helpful and caring staff

Having taken out my mortgage with Chorley, they were informative at every stage and listened to my requirements all the way, and when we found it getting a bit difficult, because of losing my job and deciding to retire, they helped me, providing me with the correct solution so that I would not get into debt. CBS offered us a product that aligned with what we needed and listened and understood our circumstances. They have been great when we have made enquiries relating to our mortgage and also very quick to make changes to details and customer service has always been great via phone and email.
