Long time customer

Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Local Society providing 1st class service

The Society ensures that it provides the highest level of customer service from answering the phones locally, often within 3 rings, to supporting and helping you face to face. They have provided support from opening an account for a new born to looking after bereavements. It is a pleasure to interact with them. Reviewed on: 2nd March 2022

It was lovely to be treated with courtesy and efficiency. I didn't have my N.I. number but I was told to phone it in and they sent out my book by post. This happened exactly as promised. It's more in banks and building societies now to find an approach to help customers rather than put up barriers. I like the idea of a book rather than online information. The only thing I'd improve is the interest rates that are fair but not top of the table! Reviewed on: 28th February 2022
