Very helpful, pleasant and professional

What wonderful people work at the Chorley Building Society. All have gone out on a limb to help me sort things out after my husband's passing, not an easy task in these terrible times due to Covid19. A very personable experience.

Julie was fantastic in her personable approach and adapted the conversation thinking outside of normal procedures. I asked could I answer a different security question other than my DOB, given she was calling from an blocked number. Usually with dealing with the Chorley I find them too old fashioned and “computer says no” approach but Julie was not like this and didn’t stick rigidly to the rules. We had a good conversation and she was a pleasure to do business with. If all of the team were like her I’d recommend you more. Reviewed on: 20th April 2020
