Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

Friendly staff, easy to deal with, knowledgeable staff and available nearby parking. Chair at the counter, really good service. Well trained staff. No appointment necessary. Wish all financial services were as good as Chorley BS. Your member of staff who helped me was excellent. Passbooks. User friendly. Not online access. Reviewed on: 17th May 2024
