Have been a customer for quite some time now both standard savings accounts and fixed rate bonds.. As existing customers we always get emails informing us of any new saving options. Also kept informed of any change to interest rates. During Covid with restrictions we were able to carry out our required banking needs with the usual excellent serice which still applies today Reviewed on: 5th March 2025

The stfaf are efficient, competent, polite and act on our instructions promptly. Passbooks are always returned (including closed accounts) which is useful for our records. Reviewed on: 25th August 2023

The staff are very polite and helpful, especially Lucy. Your phone system/service needs improving - difficult to get through and when in a queue it doesn't state what number you are in the queue or how long it will take for the call to be answered. It is for this reason I have given a score of 4,9,4 rather than 5,10,5. Reviewed on: 16th August 2023
